Come experience the serenity, beauty, and unforgettable sunsets that make the Sonoran Desert one of Arizona's most magical destinations. We can't wait to host you.

Getting here: Our home is truly remote. It’s about an hour from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, and the last mile or so is on a dirt road. After rain, parts of the road can flood with standing water, so we strongly recommend a high-clearance or 4WD vehicle, especially during monsoon season (July–September) and winter storms.

Stairs: All bedrooms are on the second floor, up a steep staircase of about 22 steps. Please check the listing photos to see it. Please take into consideration if anyone in your group has trouble with stairs.

Pool can be heated for $125 per day.

All requests to heat pool must be for entire stay.

Please request pool heat at least 72 hours in advance. If it’s requested within 72 hours of check-in, a one-time $85 convenience charge will apply.

Please note that requests to heat the pool same day as check in may not be at ideal temp by check in time. But it will get there :)

Guests are asked to sign a rental agreement after booking. There is nothing noteworthy or unreasonable in the agreement, but more so an agreement to respect and care for the property, indemnify the host of liability regarding pool usage, etc.

Bringing your furry friend? We’d love to have them! Our home welcomes 1 pet per stay for a $250 pet fee. Traveling with more than one? Reach out before booking. We may be able to make an exception, and an additional $250 fee would apply.

Celebrating something special? Events may be possible with our approval! Event fees range from $250–$2,500, plus a refundable security deposit of up to $2,500, depending on the event. Send us the details and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

For same-day bookings, please note that housekeeping may still be finishing around the standard check-in time. A later check-in may be arranged if needed.
